We do not accept returns. We will allow exchanges or store credit for proven damaged or faulty products. We allow these exchanges and store credit within 7 days of receiving the items. If you have a question about a return or exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items that do not qualify for exchanges or store credit are
Items that have been used or opened.
Subscription or specialty boxes.
Anything in your possession for more than 7 days.
If you feel you received faulty items please contact us as soon as you notice, we will gladly discuss options with you.
We are a small business but we do appreciate your continuous support and understanding.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone within reasonable reasons.
